Attach yourself to God, then all other attachment for the temporary objects will automatically fall off. At least, you will start seeing worldly objects in the right manner, in the light of their relative reality. It is only when the tiny little ego assumes enormous importance, there is a lot of bother. That is the root of all the travail. In your heart there is the Aatma Rama, the Rama who will confer eternal joy upon you. So repeat the Name of the Lord. The Lord’s Name is the Sun, which can make the lotus in the heart blossom in full. Lord Rama is not merely the son of emperor Dasaratha, but is the Ruler of Dasa Indriyas (the ten senses). The recital of Lord Rama’s Name must become as automatic and as frequent as your very breath. The Lord’s name will endow you with power and all the spiritual capital you need.

Engkau hendaknya melekatkan dirimu kepada Tuhan, maka semua kemelekatan lainnya, objek-objek duniawi yang bersifat sementara ini, secara otomatis akan lenyap. Setidaknya, engkau akan mulai melihat benda-benda duniawi dengan cara yang benar. Akar dari semua penderitaan, ketika menganggap diri yang kecil ini sebagai yang besar dan penting. Dalam hatimu ada Aatma Rama, Rama yang akan memberikan sukacita abadi padamu. Jadi engkau hendaknya mengulang-ulang Nama Tuhan. Nama Tuhan adalah Matahari, yang dapat membuat teratai mekar di hati secara penuh. Rama bukan hanya sebagai putra Raja Dasaratha, tetapi Penguasa Dasa indriyas (sepuluh indera). Pengucapan Nama Rama hendaknya menjadi otomatis dan sering seperti hembusan napas. Nama Tuhan akan memberkatimu dengan kekuatan dan semua modal spiritual yang engkau butuhkan.
