The world observes only the interval between birth and death; they concern themselves only with that limited period. But God, the Master and Sovereign of all the worlds, past, present and future, does not do like that. He has more compassion than the entire human race put together. He showers His grace, weighing the three tenses of time, the three tiers of space, and the three traits of character. He knows best, more than any one of us; the best recourse for you is to believe that everything is His Will and be at peace, and immerse yourself in the contemplation of His glory and grace.
Dunia hanya mengamati interval antara kelahiran dan kematian, hanya memusatkan perhatian pada jangka waktu yang terbatas. Tetapi Tuhan, Master dan Penguasa segalanya, masa lalu, sekarang dan masa depan, tidaklah melakukan hal seperti itu. Beliau memiliki Kasih yang amat luas bahkan lebih dari jika seluruh umat manusia disatukan. Beliau melimpahkan anugerah-Nya, menimbang tiga masa waktu, tiga tingkatan ruang, dan tiga ciri-ciri karakter. Beliau tahu yang terbaik, lebih dari yang kita ketahui; jalan terbaik bagi kita adalah percaya bahwa segala sesuatu adalah kehendak-Nya dan hiduplah dalam damai, serta tenggelamkanlah diri kita dalam perenungan kemuliaan dan berkat-Nya.
